JD:

To ensure the realization of research, marketing and promotion activities in relation to the services offered in the field of corporate finance for customers.

To determine the needs of the customers correctly and to provide different alternatives.

To identify buyers and sellers who are interested in companies operating in certain sectors in order to provide M&A and other corporate finance consultancy services.

Supporting the Corporate Finance Director in conducting research and marketing activities for targeted customers and services in line with information obtained from markets, competitors, lawyers and other consultants, internal or external sources.

To ensure that the news published in the media, weekly and monthly business world magazines are scanned and followed on a daily basis.

Contributing to the execution of consultancy projects with a minimum number of mandates, in order to ensure the sustainability of commission/income generation.

Support the Corporate Finance Director to ensure that the number of seller-party consultations exceeds the buyer-party consultation in order to increase the probability of success.

Taking action to achieve the department's sustainable expense/income ratio target.

After designing a process specific to each project, taking into account the versatility of these projects, using relations, industry experience and financial power in the most effective way.

Establishing project list (pipeline) with the assumption that the probability of closing each business is roughly 1/3 and determining the strategy for the realization of annual targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 (senior VP) 5-6 (senior Aso/junior VP) years experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance/capital markets, venture capital/private equity, management consulting, banking or in the related fields.

Degree in business administration, finance, economics or engineering from a reputable university.

MBA, relevant master’s degree or CFA is a plus.

Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Three statement financial modelling skills.
