About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized One Stop Service Responsible to join our team. If you are at the beginning of your career (0-2 years of experience) and looking for a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of HR support, employee experience, and office operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As the "go-to" person for everyday employee needs, you will act as a one-stop helpdesk, ensuring that both onboarding new talents and parting ways with exiting colleagues run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support: Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to welcome new hires. Prepare ID cards, gather onboarding documents, and send out welcome emails to ensure a great first-day experience.
Offboarding & Resignation Management: Coordinate exit processes by handling resignation documents, collecting ID cards, and tracking company assets/accessories.
Document & Asset Tracking: Collect and meticulously archive signed onboarding and resignation paperwork. Follow up on and track all equipment/accessory returns.
Telecom Coordination: Gather SIM card applications and necessary documentation from employees and manage communication with the service provider.
Internal Services: Handle visa photo shooting and printing for official corporate documentation.
Office & Vendor Operations: Organize and manage the company’s dry-cleaning service requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, helpdesk, office administration, or a similar customer-facing support role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field is a plus.
Languages: Good command of English (both written and verbal) to manage internal communications and documentation.
Skills: * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you will be the face of the service desk!
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
