We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join out business partner which is operating globally in lubricant at İstanbul office.

Responsibilities:

Managing all local production E2E process with local Toll Blender. 

Managing all additives stock position and according to production plan and lead time open purcahase order related Suppliers and  follow PO until arrive to Turkiye. 

Managing greases stock position and according to sales plan and lead time open purchase order to  related Suppliers and  follow PO until arrive to Turkiye.  

Following up the relations with logistic, and CS suppliers teams in these companies and providing the required documents to complete the import process. 

If need to support and to accelerate the production, get in touch with the package suppliers. 

According production schedule , plan all steps for delivery to Toll Blender. (Inform Customer Service and Warehose for create and delivery process)

Preparing and declaring yearly EMRA reports before their deadlines after check of value by Supply Chain Manager related Revenue on yearly bases. 

Report for EMRA each 2 years related production capacity of Toll Blender. 

Report for EMRA each year related product availability. 

Following up the TSE, Turkiye standard istitute, certificates of the local products and keeping them updated.

Declaring updated certificates to EMRA regularly. 

Preparing weekly and monthly reports for related departments. 

Preparing required monthly reports regarding transport, import, and the toll blender for the Supply Chain Manager.  

Following up material master data in SAP in order to provide correct data for sales, goods receipts and reports. 

Preparing the cost of local products and some Arbor products for sales team. 

Performing the stock adjustment at the end of the year after the inventory count.

Requirements:

2 to 6 years of experience in planning or supply chain operation.
Experience to manage multiple suppliers.
Stock management experience will be plus. 
Experience of working with multiple products. 
Excellent communication skills and Conflict Management Skills.
Expert Level Influencing | Collaboration Skills.
