Tax Manager Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated Tax Manager Assistant to join our growing tax team in Türkiye. This role is designed for recent graduates or final-year students who are eager to start their career in international taxation, compliance, and corporate tax management within a dynamic multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of Türkiye and international tax developments, including industry-specific tax trends and audit practices
• Monitor legislative changes and assist in interpreting their impact on business operations
• Contribute to the development and operation of tax governance processes in Türkiye and support coordination with tax authorities
• Assist in ETR (Effective Tax Rate) forecasting, cash flow tax planning, and regular tax filings
• Support preparation and maintenance of CBCR (Country-by-Country Reporting) and Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation
• Participate in contract reviews and business model changes, providing tax-related input and recommendations
• Assist in tax audit responses and support applications for tax rulings, APAs, and other tax certainty mechanisms
• Support internal tax reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to ad-hoc tax projects and internal requirements as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
• Final-year student or recent graduate (fresh graduate profile preferred)
• Internship or early experience in tax, accounting, audit, or finance is an advantage
• Strong interest in corporate tax, international taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Good understanding of accounting and tax principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems or data processing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are a plus
