• University degree in Industrial or Mechanical Egineering
  
• Experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
  
• Must be fluent in English and Turkish both orally and written,
  
• Must have excellent problem solving skills,
  
• Needs to have excellent communication skills  both written and verbal,
  
• Requires excellent organization skills for balancing all activities and keeping detailed records
  
• Is familiar with all aspects of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and other industry standards in all activities.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

Gates is the on of the leading companies in Automotive Industry all over the world. We are looking for Commercialization Coordinatior (Industrial First Fit Coordinator) for our facilities Kemalpaşa. Industrial First Fit Coordinator will have the responsibilities below;

• Responsible of the accuracy of the quote
  
• Propose solution to improve the processes, increase efficiency, reduce lead time to quote, introduce Poke-Yoke to eradicate errors
  
• Manage and maintain the costing tool
  
• Prepare final offer to Customer using Pricing instruction given by the FP BU Director Europe
  
• Send offer to related Customer Service and Sales representative or populate Customer Portal with Quote.
  
•  Prepare costing sheets and all relevant information for the BOM administrator when first order arrive
  
• Measure and report KPIs as # of quote made, # of line quoted, lead time to quote, errors PPM etc.
