Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager whose main responsibility is to manage the sales relationship with the assigned group of Key Accounts through the annual agreements and the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. Deliver sales volume in line with the targeted trade spend and maintain maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products in line with the Perfect Store KPIs. Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards. The Key Account Manager will be reporting the National Key Account Manager and maintain the whole information flow from the buying negotiations and from the field as well.

ANNUAL AGREEMENTS & JOINT BUSINESS PLAN

• Completion ofannual agreements with respect to conditionality principleand execution follow-up of all counterparts in relevantaccounts
• Make a JBP with thebuyer and set a common promotionalcalendar along with theaim of optimizing sales with maximum profitability.

• Manage the whole logistics and financial process as well, with close coordinationwith the related departments.(Ensure shipments and invoicetransactions are in place properly)

• Making marketanalysis and research on the dynamics of theaccount and build up aset of actions

• Managing conflictsand comes up with effectivenegotiation and sales strategiesConducting account businessreviews and top to top meetings.

INSTORE EXECUTION

• Ensure the executionof all annual agreementscounterparts, promotional activities,reach maximum Perfect StoreKPIs in accounts where he is responsible from.
• Maintain close interaction with the field teamand take actions accordinglythrough negotiating with thebuyer.
• Maintain availability ofRed Bull products to theconsumer in all outletsof the retailer Make weekly field visits. Control the executions andsolve the existing problems via meetings with the relevantpeople such as store manager, KAM etc.
• Give necessarytraining to the merchandisingteam about executionprinciples of the relatedaccount and trackmerchandiser performance.
• Push for maximum orders and track stock levels ofthe consumer in order tooptimize sales.
• Provide therequired reports (Forecast,P&L, …etc.) bythe company and follow-up ofall activities and report themsustainably.

Your experience includes:

• FMCG experience (branded or retail experience) - min1 year
• Ability tomanage and cultivate good relationships.
• Good selling skills: communication,negotiation and objectionhandling skills
• Has commercial awareness and advanced understanding of commercialmaths.
• Has knowledge about P&L management
• Good command in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Mobility
• Driving License
