We are seeking an individual with a passion for database technology who will contribute to our database infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing…

·         Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our database systems, contributing to their architecture and functionality.

·         Support the implementation of new features and enhancements to our database infrastructure, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization.

·         Build and maintain multidimensional and tabular cubes using SSAS, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

·         Identify opportunities for database improvements and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our database ecosystem.

·         Participate in database maintenance, ensuring smooth operation and performance optimization post-implementation.

·         Collaborate with technical teams across different locations, fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing and skill development.

·         Analyse existing database projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements accordingly.

·         Engage with stakeholders to understand their database requirements, providing support and driving actionable insights to address their needs effectively.

You’ll need to…

·         Have 3+ years of experience working as a database administrator in a data-driven environment.

·         Possess strong knowledge of database management systems, with a focus on Microsoft SQL Server.

·         Have experience working with SSAS and both multidimensional and tabular cubes.

·         Have experience in SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.

·         Be proficient in database backup and recovery procedures.

·         Possess strong data, numeracy, and statistical analysis skills.

·         Be proficient with Excel (pivot tables, functions, macros, etc.).

·         Be university qualified in an appropriate related field.

·         Preferably have experience working with version control systems like GIT and understanding of GIT workflows.

·         Preferably have experience or knowledge of additional technologies such as C#, .Net, and web application development.

·         Be fluent in English – This is essential.

·         Have an interest in technology and its application in various industries.

·         Think clearly under pressure and be willing to learn and grow with us.

·         Be eligible to live and work in Turkey.
