- University degree in field of Management Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager
- The ability and experience to work with people, along with leadership skills
- Potential to develop further into a plant position
- Preferably strong knowledge of customers and suppliers
- A working knowledge of English and at least one other major European language is desirable
- ERP, MRP knowledge

- Distribution capacity and inventory
- Capacity setting to match budget, forecast and demand
- Match demand with minimal inventory
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and constraints
- Push&Pull environment knowledge, JIT (Just In Time) techniques to optimize manufacturing flow
- Sourcing strategically to strike a balance between lowest material cost and transportation
- Maintaining the right warehouse mix to serve customer markets
- Stocks management (ie: FG, SFG, RM, WIP, balance working capital)
- Customers satisfaction
- Customer forecast management
- KPI’s (ie: On Time Delivery, On Time In Full, Out of Stock, Materials Slow Moving, Lot size, Machines productivity, Internal Productivity Target…)
- Manufacturing operations
- Using location/allocation, routing analysis, dynamic programming and traditional logistics optimization to maximize the efficiency of the distribution side
