• University degree in field of Management Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager
• The ability and experience to work with people, along with leadership skills
• Potential to develop further into a plant position
• Preferably strong knowledge of customers and suppliers
• A working knowledge of English and at least one other major European language is desirable
• ERP, MRP knowledge
• Data analysis

• Planning and scheduling
• Fulfill customer demands through the most efficient use of resources
• On Time In Full and In Specification Deliveries (DIFOTIS)
• Distribution capacity and inventory
• Capacity setting to match budget, forecast and demand
• Match demand with minimal inventory
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and constraints
• Push&Pull environment knowledge, JIT (Just In Time) techniques to optimize manufacturing flow
• Sourcing strategically to strike a balance between lowest material cost and transportation
• Maintaining the right warehouse mix to serve customer markets
• Stocks management (ie: FG, SFG, RM, WIP, balance working capital)
• Customers satisfaction
• Customer forecast management
• KPI’s (ie: On Time Delivery, On Time In Full, Out of Stock, Materials Slow Moving, Lot size, Machines productivity, Internal Productivity Target…)
• Manufacturing operations
• Using location/allocation, routing analysis, dynamic programming and traditional logistics optimization to maximize the efficiency of the distribution side
• Contact with customers
• Contact with suppliers
• Data analysis
• CI and Lean Six Sigma activities and projects
