Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in industrial electrical & automation for design, specification of such installations
• Experience of applicable national and international (European) norms and regulations Experience with electrical-Instrumentation and automation systems of European key suppliers (philosophy, architecture, components, etc)
• Having knowledge of Process Control equipment’s, HV and LV electrical equipment’s, electrical system design, commissioning and start up
• Having knowledge of Siemens PCS7 programming and controls

Job Description

• Coordinates pricing, estimating and scoping for project design & construction
• Accountable for all key design documents such as System architecture layout, Functional design specification and software design specification etc
• Lead the execution of a project and manage the authorized budget, schedule and deliver the project according scope and quality
• Analyzes reports, maps, and drawings, blueprints to plan and design project
• Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, implementation schedules and designs for project
• System design work considering safety, food safety, quality, capacity, reliability, environment, and costs, project scope development, bid package development and contract negotiations, equipment and instrumentation selection, installation, contractor management, commissioning and startup as well as development and adherence to project budget and schedule for multiple capital projects on a plant-wide basisInvolve in CAPEX and large scale investment projects and manage automation of these projects
• Improve/update automation and PLC software’s
• Plan and test disaster recovery plan of plant automation system
• Intermediate project management skills
• Strong technical and mathematical skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
