Reed Turkey is looking for a "Compliance Coordinator" for one of its clients operating in regulated industry.

Requirements

·         University graduate

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance field/code of ethics within regulated industry

·         Experience in establishing and implementing compliance program and guidelines

·         Exposure to risk assessment, standardization processes

·         Know-how in GDPR (KVKK), trade sanctions, AML will be an asset

·         Exposure to production environment will be an asset

·         Exposure to M&A process is an asset

·         Previous experience in team management

·         Strong communication skills to manage different stakeholders at all levels

·         Well-developed leadership & presentation skills

·         Proficiency in English

·         Advanced MS Office skills

·         Military service completed for male candidates

Responsibilities

·         Establish/restructure and implement company policies

·         Ensure industrial regulations and company policies are met at central organization and subsidiaries

·         Track changes in regulations closely and adapt fast changing daily business needs/requirements

·         Focus on risk assessment, guarantee that business processes comply with relevant regulations and guidelines

·         Structure, implement and manage steps to be taken for violations

·         Manage internal training and inform company members to ensure day to day operations meet required standards

·         Provide feedback and lead top management on compliance strategies, alignment with regulations

·         Provide support for strategical & operational requests of internal & external stakeholders

·         Display collaborative, positive and “ready-to-help” attitude under stress

·         Support, mentor and lead assigned team members through empowerment
