As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Research and Development Executive" with below requirements for our international client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry,
• At least 8-10 years of Research and Development experience, team leading experience will be an asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Eager to work with details and experienced in team management,
• Strong communication and interpersonel skills,
• Detail-oriented combined with strong analytical skills,
• Good command of MS Office programs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing R&D projects for product and/or process development.
• Ensuring interaction between locations and stakeholders to create an innovation oriented and entrepreneurial culture.
• Following trends/developments regarding sustainability, environment, climate change and related legislative changes.
• Supporting all departments up to the final product stage; including design, investment and production stages.
• Following trends and recent developments in chemistry and related sectors for new ideas.
• Following congresses, conferences, fairs, project markets, patents, activities of R&D centers, current articles and activities of universities.
• Following all incentives to create resources for researchs.
