Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Çeşme offers you an excellent career opportunity. We are looking for a Reservation & Revenue Manager.
Manages rooms’ inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market. Responsible for building rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel’s inventory systems. The position makes pricing and positioning recommendations hotels. Conducts analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms. Position contributes to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections. Position critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.
Solicits and manages reservations sales-related opportunities. Supervises and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company. Use marsha program effectively.
To fill this position the candidate must have exhibited strong leadership and analytical skills. Specific requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years work experience as Revenue Manager in larger operation
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of English in both
- Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market data
- Detail orientated and hands on
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective ability to lead, motivate and develop associates
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
