The position reports directly to Sales Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
· Food industry and foodservice experience required
· Good knowledge of local market i.e. bakeries, hotels, restaurants, cafes
· Experience of sales management, team management and distributor management
· Initiative, with sound problem solving skills and drive for business results
· Very good communication skills at all levels
· Proficiency level with MS Office
· Good level of English both written and spoken
· Ability to travel frequently
· Valid driving licence (B)
· No military service obligation for male candidates
· Residency in İstanbul
Job Description
· Be accountable for achieving sales targets in their region/s.
· Identify, prioritize and target KA’s on regular basis to promote sales.
· Monitor, coach and develop the region team.
· Utilize best practices for managing and motivating distributors in the region. Identify potential distributors and continuously train new/existing distributors in the region.
· Submit timely and accurate monthly reports; including monthly volume forecast update.
· Ensure customer payments according to the A/R policies.
· Assist the implementation of Marketing programs and activities and give input to related functions.
· Conduct market visits and collect and analyze market information and share with related functions.
· Support leveraging CRM database and other functional programs.
· Support seminars, demonstrations, presentations.
· Provide customer service for distributors and end-users on any troubleshooting.
· Participate in special projects as may be assigned by the company.
· Share best practices and cooperate with other associates/functions in order to achieve individual and business goals.
