Product Manager

Responsibility

• Implementing Ricoh’s allocated offerings product strategy to achieve company objectives (units, revenue and gross margin, market share),
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the offerings to build awareness and understanding,
• Manage all lifecycle stages for products from pre-launch through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time,
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies,
• Drive product launches including working with PR agency, executives, and other product management team members,
• Develop a cohesive value proposition for allocated portfolio, focusing on clear customer benefits,
• Work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend the right products and/or services,
• Develop and implement promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed,
• Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market and seeking opportunities for differentiation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager or junior/associate product manager,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail,
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly.
