We are looking for an  Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures at a construction site in Gemlik

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

• Assisting site manager.
• Manage tools supplies, place orders and purchases.
•  Prepare reports on expenses and office budget.
• Arranging assembly workers affairs.
•  Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, invoices).

Qualification

• Vocational High School degree or higher;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, preferably also in Polish;
• Knowledge of appropriate Microsoft Office Software (Excel,  Powerpoint, Word);
• Good communication skills and structured working;
•  Valid driving licence B;
•  Willing to work in international team and within intercultural environment;
• Able to work independently.
