• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field,
• Good reporting and analysis skills,
• Good communication skills and good understanding of customer relations,
• Advanced level of English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Completed military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Management of wholesalers: being first point of contact, coordination during fairs & campaigns, controlling stock levels and output reports (FoCs)
• Performance reporting: IMS data analysis, submitting the related data into local system, salesforce effectiveness reporting, calculating quarterly bonus for sales team
• Key user responsibility of Salesforce.com CRM system: Meeting system related requests of salesforce, ensuring data quality, responsible for regular reporting, dashboards and analysis based of field needs
• Supporting National Sales Manager with sales forecasts and in determination of to-country orders
• Responsible for customer service and call center: preparation of contracts, research on alternative suppliers, getting quotations for call center services, monitoring the budget & expenses of call center, providing regular and direct feedback to call center agents, supporting their development to increase customer satisfaction, preparing procedures and ensuring the full compliance for complaint handling
• Conducting trainings to Diabetes Care team related to his/her own area of responsibility
