QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Knowledge and experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of employment and trade union law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations
- Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases
- Experience of formal report writing for different audiences
- Experience in working with blue-collars and/or sales teams
- Management or Supervisory experience
- Experience of compensation & benefits, grading systems, organisational learning & development, HR analytics and talent management/succession planning and working within defined policies and procedures
- Experience of leading on organisational change projects including restructures and redundancy programmes
- Experience of using HR software solutions
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- High level skills of using Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good research and analytical skills

İŞ TANIMI
- Providing the strategic interface between HR and designated directorates to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front line delivery.
- Supporting the HRM to achieve HR team’s strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities
- Acting as Change Agent in Managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR related activities e.g. organizational redesign
- Translating business requirements into effective HR practices across departments delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Dealing with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
- Influencing Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues
