Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with the following qualifications to work in the Sabancı University Human Resources Unit.

General Qualifications;

• Preferably graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities,
• 3 to 5 years of experience in remuneration and performance management,
• Knowledge of one of the KFHG/Mercer remuneration management methodologies,
• Able to follow digital innovations and adapt them to their work,
• Knowledge of legislation concerning human resources (Labor Law, OHS, Social security Law etc.),
• Fluent in English,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Preferably have knowledge of SAP HR,
• Advanced analysis, reporting, planning and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented.

Job Description;

• Implementing the company's compensation policy, periodically reviewing it, re-building it when necessary,
• Following competition, fringe benefits policies, procedures and trends and directing company policies,
• Preparing and monitoring HR cost, budget and forecast analysis,
• Periodically reviewing job families and grades, making revisions when necessary,
• Preparing annual, monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for senior management,
• Updating the relevant procedures, regulations, and forms.
