The profile

• University degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German will be an asset),
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software) (SAP knowledge will be an asset),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

 Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible from:

• Purchasing activities of direct & indirect materials and consumables,
• Managing and performing the whole operation such as determining the material requirement, supplier search & selection, negotiation and agreements,
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods,
• Stock management,
• Working with the customs agency to track the custom clearance for all materials,
• Communicating with logistics 3rd parties such as transporters, forwarders, suppliers,
• Making sure of the shipment of finished goods and arranging the pick-up,
• Strategic planning of purchasing and logistics activities,
• Analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency,
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in all procurement and logistics activities,
• Being the sole point of contact for Purchasing & Logistics activities of the company.
