QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

SEV is a big family comprised of 10 schools as well as a publishing house with more than 1000 employees and 5000 students.

The mission of the Health and Education Foundation is to insure the improvement and sustainability of its long established educational institutions which operate according to international standards and to raise individuals who exhibit a high level of academic performance and social awareness in response to a developing and changing world.

We are looking for a ‘’People and Culture Business Partner’’ for SEV & Redhouse.

Qualifications:

  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology and other Social Sciences or other related disciplines,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in People Culture / Human Resources,
  • Experience in performance management, recruitment & selection, learning and development.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Experienced in Turkish labor law and applications,
  • Strong analytical and communication skills,
  • Excellent command of MS Office,
  • Planning and organization skills.

Job Description:

  • Managing the end to end the employee journey from recruitment to leaving processes,
  • Taking an active role in processes of career planning, learning & development, performance management and succession planning,
  • Organize events and wellbeing activity series to enhance employee participation and motivation,
  • Utilize necessary tools to analyze and report human resources data,
  • Conduct workforce analysis and making data-driven decisions to support strategic planning,
  • Following up people and culture budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s,
  • Developing procedures for all HR functions and processes, keeping job descriptions up to date,
  • Coordinate administrative requirements,
  • Providing the smooth running of people and culture processes and tools.
