QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Textile or Industrial Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Clear understanding of weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and finishing techniques,
• Experienced in costing and production follow up
• Having a disciplined approach to process controls
• Experienced in team management, planning and organization
• Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated,
• Fluent English, both written & spoken

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To choose and manage supplier channels in order to meet internal customer needs and achieve business growth.
• To support on-time delivery of products with correct price and acceptable quality from suppliers conforming to ethical rules.
• To take necessary actions in order to develop suppliers and achieve annual targets, and to guide the technical team.
• To manage the relationship with suppliers, to monitor business development and supplier performance and take necessary actions to this end.
• To make resource and business plans, to provide resources, to give business targets, to guide the employees/teams and monitor their performance, to solve problems and conduct performance evaluations.
• To determine risky processes/fields and make action plans for risk management, to determine the processes that need to be audited and audit targets, to control and approve decisions.
