As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a “Project Engineer” who will take an active role in projects and contribute with strong analysis, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

     Qualifications

Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of a university

Fluent in English

Good knowledge of MS Office applications

1–3 years of experience in the production sector with project and welding applications

Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible working conditions

Currently residing in Kocaeli or on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Analytical thinking skills, open to personal development, and patient, team-oriented

Good skills in planning, implementation, work discipline, and reporting

     Job Description

Managing APQP and PPAP activities

Preparing PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow documents

Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction activities

Managing production trials and reporting results

Following equipment, tooling, and fixture preparation processes

Preparing work instructions and standard operation sheets

Coordinating trial and mass production activities

Monitoring quality targets, KPIs, and production performance

Ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements
