SAVE is the service provider for an international company which is one of leading Fire Safety and Security market . SAVE is seeking engineers to be assigned to projects involving Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Fire Extinguishing Systems, and Building Management Software integrations.

For our site teams, we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer residing in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, or Adana. This role will be responsible for performing service operations including commissioning, fault troubleshooting and elimination, system modifications, updates, and customer training support for Fire Safety and Security Systems.

The engineer will also be responsible for site commissioning, preparation of technical documentation, participation in kick-off meetings, final acceptance tests, and delivery of technical trainings for both national and international projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform technical service operations (commissioning, fault troubleshooting/elimination, modifications, updates, and customer training support) for Fire Safety and Security Systems.
• Continuously improve technical and application skills to enhance service quality.
• Understand customer needs and take necessary actions to develop appropriate solutions.
• Identify service sales opportunities (service and maintenance contracts, spare parts, modernization, etc.) at customer sites and communicate these opportunities to the sales team.
• Provide constructive and creative feedback to improve service operations and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fire Safety and Security Systems.
• Knowledge of networking and IT systems.
• Experience in national and/or international projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong product and/or application knowledge.
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
• Ability to drive and travel extensively across the country.
• No restrictions on short- or long-term travel and accommodation for national or international projects.
