Business Development Engineer

Operating in the Automotive, Railway, Machinery & Agricultural Equipment, Construction sectors, in SAZCILAR OTOMOTİV, a countinious improvement role in a assigned in the Business Development Department;

• Will take part in customers’ supplier development programs
• Conduct and report process improvement activities by analyzing the workflow in cordination with the relevant departments
• Organize and manage continuous improvement meetings
• Will work for production and equipment efficiency by monitoring process development and capacity enhancing methods
• Work with internal teams to achieve business goals

Qualifications

• Engineering background preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Working with international project teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, result orientation, good communication and presentation skills
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience in project management, leadership and teamwork
• Being able to manage complexity
• Willingness to improve him/herself
