İŞ TANIMI

• Solution design of new and existing products/projects ( design of manufacturing process, layout, equipment list, pilot program definition, ramp up plans, implementtation support )
• Implementation of change requests into current process ( analyzing impact-on manpower, capacity, line balance, etc.)
• Regular maintenance of existing processes - cycle time analysis, line balance
• Product/Process flow design and definition
• Shop-Floor system flow design and definition - describe requirements for IT development, setting time lines and UAT (user acceptance test)
• Support operations with daily issue on productivity & efficiency ( line stops )
• Collaboration with Project Specialist on change request management ( in terms of solution design )
• Communication with customer on engineering level - looking for optimal and efficient solution
• Implement new testing procedures/technologies into the production environment
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) - working instructions
