JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an " Indoor Sales Executive" who is responsible for selling services and products of DB Schenker Arkas in " Land Transport"  product with devotion to achieving the given targets and constant market analysis in full collaboration with other functions and departments.

* Keeps current customer portfolio and makes customer calls to takes necessary actions to improve business volume and gaining new customers.

* Provides optimal profitability and best offer to the customer and organizes the loading in case of positive return.

* Finds solutions for unapproved shipments by communicating with the product department and shares shipment information with the customers.

* Communicates with the customer representative when necessary for the collection of client payment problems.

* Provides attendance in coordination of the Land Transport during tender periods.

* Keeps up-to-date potential customer information and makes data entries of periodical call reports and order details.

* Makes competitor and market analysis and necessary reports.

 QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in related fields

* At least 1 year of indoor sales experience in international forwarding & logistics sector

* Good command of English

* Experience and knowledge of product, market and sector. 

* Based in Bursa
