Information Technologies Specialist (*)

We are looking for a 'Specialist' to work in the Information Technologies Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields. 
• Drives synergies across the business by understanding business processes.
• Having deep knowledge of end-user devices like PC, printer, especially iMAC and willingness to give end-user support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Candidates who are living or able to live around Gebze.
• Basic level knowledge for network, server and security.
• Able to adapt new applications which belong to company and customers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION         ·   

• To controll and configurate of LAN&WAN issues especially firewall, switch, access point etc. 
• End-user support for PC, printer, hand terminals. 
• Able to fix iMac related software/hardware problems and provide active support for iMacs/Macbooks remotely or onsite. 
• To carry out the operations on the issues that he/she is assigned within the time limits required by the Service Desk system. 
• Able to make verbal and written communication with the teams in Turkey and abroad.
• The position mostly includes end-user support at L1 and L2 level in the field.
• Strictly following IT wise security standards and rules to proceed assigned tasks.
