Senior Information Technologies Specialist (*)

We are looking for a 'Senior Information Technologies Specialist' to manage the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT Network and Security related systems in all branches and warehouses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

•Excellent knowledge in network and security related topics.

•Installing and maintaining of network/security devices as well as routine operational tasks.

•Deep knowledge on TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, WAN, VPN, 802.1x.

•Comprehensive management skill for security infrastructure and technologies (Firewall, Web Filtering, IPS, IDS, SSL).

•Good knowledge of basic protocols DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DHCP.

•Ability to analyze, design and implement new network designs as well as continuous system improvements.

•Good verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

•Able to adapt new applications which belong to company and customers.

•Having deep knowledge of end-user devices like PC, printer, especially iMAC and willingness to give end-user support.

•The position mostly includes end-user support at L1 and L2 level in the field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•To work in close collaboration with the business units to understand the process owner’s issues and requirements.

•To drive synergies across the business by understanding business processes.

•To implement solutions in accordance to local and global IT strategy & policies.

•To support infrastructure and end users in the agreed upon SLAs.

•To have good technical background and hands-on mentality to manage servers, secutiy and network systems.

•To be able to fix iMac related software/hardware problems and provide active support for iMacs/Macbooks remotely or onsite.
