Corporate and Project Finance Manager

We are a growing energy company with a diversified portfolio of projects. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Corporate and Project Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function.
This role will work in close collaboration with the existing finance team and contribute primarily to financing activities, project finance, and management reporting.
Role Purpose
In line with the company’s growing investment pipeline, this position aims to support financing processes, enhance both project and corporate-level financial analysis, and strengthen management reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions
- Review loan agreements, security packages and financing documentation and actively participate in due dilligence process
- Monitor and track project financing facilities and related obligations, including drawdowns, repayments and covenant compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models for investment projects including NPV, IRR, DSCR and other financial analyses
- Prepare monthly management reports, including financial performance, cash flow and key business metrics at both project and corporate levels
- Support cash management and liquidity planning processes
- Monitor and analyse financial performance across projects and at company level
- Support decision-making through analytical and insight-driven reporting
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting tools, templates and data structures
- Support data extraction and reporting processes from ERP systems
- Contribute to funding strategies and financial risk management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, or financial analysis
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience in working with banks and financial institutions
- Familiarity with financial documentation and loan agreements
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
