Internal Communication Lead

 We are looking for an Internal Communication Lead to develop communications strategies that bring to life our purpose in every interaction.

 You will be..

• Create and execute internal communication plans for Business Division, working with stakeholders,
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a culture of trust and high performance in line with our people strategy and employee value proposition,
• Evaluate the opportunities and Manage external events and leadership appearances to further grow the market presence of business division, through executive communications,
• Establish internal customer success stories supporting global and business unit strategies,
  
• Implement the global programs, campaigns, events in line with global guidance,
• Keep the internal communication platforms (Internal Spice portal, SharePoint platforms) up to date.

You will be perfect if you have..

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Preferred Master’s degree in Communications/Marketing or related field,
• 8 years of well-rounded experience in Corporate and Executive Communications, executing high-performance communications plans and campaigns in highly matrixed organizations,
• A strong influencer skills: You will be great at building effective relationships and leverage those relationships to enable the best possible outcome for business divisions and employees,
• An entrepreneurial thinking: You are a nimble self-starter who enjoys building things from the bottom up,
• A strong writing skills: who can quickly understand and articulate what we need employees to know, feel and do; distill complex ideas into simple, honest and compelling communications. Also able to deliver talking points and written communications for leaders,
• Ability to great teammate and independent player: Our team has well organized people who enjoy working with others to get stuff done and who know when to lead and when to be thought partner.
