QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineering degree
3-4 years Supply Chain Experience with engineering backgorund (demand/ supply planning or Sales Forecasting)
Analytical mindset and strong ability to work with numbers and forecast data
Advanced level of english, both written and spoken
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
Very Good Computer literacy, with focus on ERP (SAP) MM Module
Good communication and presentation skills

İŞ TANIMI
Supply planning is a key support to the different departments with a concentrated focus on inventory parameters and improve material availability. Supply Planner is responsible for the analysis and periodic reporting of the RDC’s inventory, with a sharp focus on ensuring optimum inventory levels to optimum service level. Supply Planner is the core responsible for obsolescence identification, reporting and management.Responsibilities:
- Product availability by taking proactive actions to prevent delivery issues to customer and solve backorders and shortages
- Manage daily on time deliverables (OTDS) and Back Order Lines root cause analysis and implementation of improvement actions
- Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level
- Inventory Reports analysis and creation of follow up files to maintain Gross stock/DIG/unhealthy stock information
- Monitor closely the level of obsolete stock, provision calculation and lead scrap campaign
- Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing, supply chain and demand planners
- Run the distribution requirement planning process and responsible for distribution requirements planning (DRP) accuracy
- Collaborate with Demand Planners, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) leaders to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock
- Collaborate and follow up of purchase order portfolio management with Procurement team
- Implement continuous improvement projects by using “Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma” and other methodologies
- Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit and share best practices
