JOB DESCRIPTION

• Searching for new markets and customers in the selected regions
  
• Establishing first contacts with the potential customers, 
  
• Negotiating with the potential customers by making long-term budgeting
  
• Managing the existing distributors in the region
  
• Establishing strong, long-term strategic partnerships with the distributors
  
• Managing the full cycle of distributor sales process collaborating with other departments
  
• Involving in customer development activities such as trade shows, fairs and exhibitions to find out new customers
  
• Preparing pricing and sales reports, and business plans 
  
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
  
• Resolving possible customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports
  

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree is a must, Post Graduate Degree in related field is preferred
  
• Min 3 years’ experience in sales,
• Healthcare or dental sector experience is preferred
• Distributor sales experience is an asset 
  
• Experience/confidence in representing the company externally and dealing professionally to distributors
  
• Client relationship management skills
  
• Result-orientedness
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Fluency in English and Russian
  
• Ability to travel abroad frequently
