Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in machining processes.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in the effective use of CAD/CAM software.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English.

Job Description

• Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements to assess product manufacturability and manage cost estimation processes.
• Review and oversee the approval process of technical drawings related to products.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage teams involved in new product launch projects.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving production- and customer-related quality issues.
• Lead process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Plan technical training programs and support the development of relevant teams.
• Manage technical communication with customers and conduct customer visits when required.
• Actively participate in internal quality processes, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Monitor industry developments and promote technical knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Establish departmental objectives, monitor performance, and report results to senior management.
• Manage team leadership responsibilities, including work allocation, performance evaluation, and employee development processes.
• Drive process simplification, improvement, and digitalization initiatives.
• Provide strategic contributions to new investment and product development projects.
