Marketing & Events Executive

Currently seeking for a Marketing &  Events Executive position for our Istanbul based Company.

QUALIFICATIONS 

· University degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major

· Minimum three years of experience in marketing and executing events

· Successful ability to manage and prioritize multiple project / event details simultaneously, and able to maintain professional composure under pressure

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written and strong command of Turkish & English

· High-level understanding and passion for marketing

· Excellent analytical and reporting skills including budget management

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers

· Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing annual marketing & events budget and annual activity calendar in support of business targets, ensuring that all events deliver excellent experiences and results
• Managing all event projects from proposal up to delivery working closely with the events agency and any event & supplier partners
• Negotiating prices and pulling together relevant contracts
• Pro-actively researching, identifying and evaluating opportunities and partnerships.
• Process management for all media plannings (tv, cinema, newspaper, outdoor, etc)
• Contract management for all sponsorships
• Preparing evaluation & result reports according to completed all events
• Leasing activities of all open spaces
• Coordinating with agencies all creation & update processes of the website, blog, social media, infographic, video, mailing, e-bulletin and all digital contents
• Planning, budgeting and managing market research & competitor analysis
