About Job

PAYEPLAST is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our growing technical teams. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical-Electronics)
Minimum 10 years of active experience in the automotive industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong technical background in sales and sales management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
Take technical ownership of automotive projects
Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments
Communicate effectively with international clients and partners
Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Prepare technical documentation and reports

10 - 25 years of experience

• Level of Education

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
