Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our company in the automotive sector. This role requires 50% travel.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop potential key accounts to achieve target business plans,
• Promote and sell the full-value proposition of our products,
• Build good strategic relationships with all related functions internally and externally for projects realization and acceleration,
• Develop existing & new customers to their full potential,
• Be aware of market changes and competitors’ activities and report periodically,
• Make sales presentations and solicit RFQs in time,
• Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast,
• Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve GP and profitability,
• Other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field,
• Over 5 years of relevant working experience in automative sector,
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken [Must],
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills.
