Business Development Senior Specialist

The Company

TAV Operation Services is the hospitality branch of Groupe ADP, #1 Airport Operating Platform worldwide, specialized in airport lounge & premium services management and present in 19 countries.

Position

Under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, Senior Specialist will join the Business Development team in a fast growth and international environment in order to support development in every continent.

Main responsibilities

 1) Country and competition analysis 

- Identify growth opportunity in the hospitality industry by conducting market research and strategic review (opportunity/risk analysis, strategic partnerships, etc)

- Improve the Business Intelligence of the hospitality industry by following up press release, market research, and international database

2) Call for Tenders -Contribution to the commercial, marketing and financial offer related to a business at stake

- Commercial & Marketing offer : support in the definition of the architecture & design, understanding of our customers, local market research, Revenues and pricing analysis, local partnerships research and bid book implementation 

- Financial Offer : Multi-scenario Business Plan Implementation (revenue, opex and financial analysis), benchmarking and macro/micro economics review, Lease & partnership agreement legal review

- In the framework of potential opportunity and call for tenders, accompany the management for business trip in order to meet customers, partners and collect local data on site.

  3) Other Projects

 -  Participation in potential Merger&Acquisition deals

 -  Contribution in company’s workshops (Digitalization, Strategy, Opex optimization etc)

Hierarchy

Business Development Sr. Specialist will be joining the Business Development team under the supervision of Business Development Manager 

Profile

·       Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad

·       Preferably graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering departments of universities

·       At least 5 years of experience, sales/business development/finance experience would be a plus

·       Eager to pursue a career in airport hospitality, knowledge in airport/airline market and hospitality business would be a plus

·       Highly motivated mindset

·       Ability to work closely with various colleagues across the organization and a good team player

·       Strong organizational and prioritisation skills, ability to establish and meet deadlines, attention to details

·       Analytical, strong with numbers and solution-oriented 

·       Strong ability to learn and self driven 

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English

·       Proficiency in a third language would be a plus (German, Spanish, French)

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Powerpoint and Excel)

·       Open for travelling abroad
