Field Civil Engineer/Saha İnşaat Mühendisi

We are looking for a graduated and experienced civil engineer who will oversee the design supervision during the construction of an industrial complex on the Black Sea. The ideal candidate, in addition to technical drafting skills in AutoCAD, is capable to make decisions independently, has experience in managing or supervising construction sites, and fluently communicates in English.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepares technical documentation (potential changes or additions to the project) independently or in cooperation with the designers.
• Spots potential problems on the construction site in a timely manner and solves them independently and/or in cooperation with the designers.
• Supervises the construction works at the site (in the capacity of design supervision) and harmonizes them with the project, respectively the project documentation with the executed state.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 3 years’ working experience within an equivalent role, preferably experience in designing steel structures and/or managing construction sites.
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Excellence in prioritization and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work at field / construction site locations, abroad.
• Driving license B category.
• Flexible regarding hours/days of work and the place of work.
• Able to mobilize if required for business continuity.
