·         Collaborate with  IT department

·         System Administration, Resource plan and allocation, Operation System installation and upgrade, Windows Updates management, User Authentication management, Group Policy management, Domain management, Backup Management, Mailbox management, Backup software management (Veeam), Fortigate Firewall Management, Routing and Switching, Hotspot Management, Network and Security Administration, Configuration management activitiesImplementation and execution of the company’s global information security strategy

·         Implementation and integration of required information security services and systems

·         Monitoring of implemented systems and management of outsourced services

·         Ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure used are effectively planned and in line with change management procedure

·         Arranges for the publication of Information Technology governance policies and procedures, as well as updating and improving them.

·         Determines and monitors service levels (SLA) for technological infrastructure services and works to improve them on a continuous basis

·         Manages the processes for ensuring compliance with laws (KVKK- Personel Data Protection Law, etc.) in IT services.

·         Performing an active role in IT hardware, software, budgeting for service purchases, product selecting and testing

·         Performing designing, installation, product selection by having an active role in new operations or improvement projects

·         Implementing advancements parallel to requests which has been given by internal users and solving problems

·         Undertaking data backup activities in accordance with the backup plan and reporting
