Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager for our re-cycling facility to be established in Balıkesir/Gönen.

Job responsibilities;

·        Follow-up and management of the first installation phase of the facility,

·        Defining, managing, and delivering high-quality project work

·        Dealing with challenges relating to project budgets, such as estimates, and de-risking

·        Handling project schedules and keeping everything on track, calendar, and timetable.

·        Using effective communication to deal with problems and challenges in all stages of a Project

Skills;

Graduated from 4-year engineering (preferably Mechanical-Mechatronics-Industrial etc.) departments of universities,

o   At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Recycling sector,

o   Knowledge and experience in scope/quality management, time management, budget management, risk management, configuration management,

o   Will be able to deal with more than one project at the same time,

o   To give references about the projects he has realized,

o   Proactive, result-oriented, with problem-solving and alternative solution skills,

o   Dynamic, successful in communication and human relations, prone to teamwork,

o   Fluent in English is must,

o   He has completed their military service for male candidates.
