Senior Electrical Engineer (Tender Processes)

We are looking for talents for the following positions to join the tendering department for a major international project.

Requirements and Qualifications;

·          Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and management

·          Minimum 8-10 years total experience of working on large scale projects ( Shopping Mall, Hospital, Hotel etc.) abroad in the post is essential

·          7-8 years of general construction estimating experience, electrıcal works, tender processes, construction experience, or related field

·          Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

·          Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

·          In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

·          Able to work abroad

·          Have completed military service (for male candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities;

·          Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers

·          Request quotes and compare prices

·          Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

·          Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

·          Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs

·          Estimate the quantity and costs of materials

·          Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs

·          Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets

·          Identify potential financial or construction risks

·          Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs
