We are currently looking for an organized, efficient teammate as a Sales Specialist for our international client , which operates in leading metal manufacturing  Industry. 

The position will be based on Üsküdar / Istanbul (full time), and candidates should have the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or master’s degree from engineering fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1-3 years’ work experience in sales of aluminum and steel sectors is preferred. (Experience in plastics, paper and similar sectors can be advantageous.)
• Advanced coordination and verbal/written communication skills both Turkish, and English.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent team player
• Very good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good level of MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel for both domestic & foreign business travels,
• Having driving license 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Managing the complete sales process from beginning to end including offer-order- production-logistics-quality-finance.

·       Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status.

·       Follow-up of all necessary documents (invoices, packing list, certificate of origins etc.) payments and deliveries and ensure documents are provided on time.

·       Including new customers with an entrepreneurial approach (company / product promotion, proposal preparation, sales strategy creation / development)

·       Skilled taking the necessary actions with related sales manager about sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity.

·       Ensure customer satisfaction to the highest level by giving good service.

·       Regular updates on market analysis, competitors, and competitive conditions

·       Preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
