Product Delivery and Project Management Associate

OVERVIEW

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated engineering student (4th year) or recent graduate (MSc/MBA) to gain firsthand experience working closely with the senior leadership in the Product Delivery function at a leading technology company. You will play a critical role in supporting project management, resource planning, and reporting, ensuring products are delivered with technical excellence and quality for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support project managers in planning, monitoring and adjusting the core project aspects for successful execution and on time delivery.

- Track resource allocation and support resource planning to ensure project efficiency.

- Gather data and generate reports and on project status and key technical, quality and financial metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the teams.

PROFILE

• Engineering 4th year or MSc/MBA student from a top university or recent graduate (MSc/MBA) (min GPA > 3)

• Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies and tools

• Excellent communication in English

• Good presentation and powerpoint skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Passion for technology and a strong interest in the battery software industry is highly desirable.

• Experience in working / living abroad is a plus (e.g. Erasmus)
