Financial Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Financial Controller to join our finance team. The role will support financial reporting, IFRS compliance, month-end closing activities, weekly cash flow reporting, ad-hoc management reporting, and feasibility analysis processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, solid IFRS knowledge, and experience in financial controlling and reporting environments.
Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Prepare IFRS-based financial reports and supporting schedules
Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
Support consolidation and group reporting activities
Assist in preparation of management reports and presentations
Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes
Monitor financial data accuracy and reporting consistency
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Work closely with accounting and other business departments
Support preparation of board presentations and shareholder reporting packages
Prepare and support weekly cash flow reporting with all aspects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, audit, or IFRS reporting
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
Fluency in English is required
