 Strategy & Business Development Analyst / Specialist

Purpose

To support the Group’s growth initiatives by conducting strategic research, market analysis, and project coordination activities aimed at identifying new business opportunities and creating long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research & Growth Analysis

• Conduct research on new business areas, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Perform market, competitive, and industry trend analyses in healthcare, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and related sectors.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to support the growth strategies of Group companies.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging business models, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Support the assessment of potential business partnerships, technology collaborations, and investment opportunities.
• Support the coordination and follow-up of strategic partnership and business development projects.
• Monitor and evaluate relevant domestic and international conferences, exhibitions, congresses, and industry events.

Management Reporting & Decision Support

• Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making processes through data-driven analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Bioengineering, or a related field.

Professional Competencies

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong presentation and data interpretation capabilities.
