Additionally, Serban is responsible for EPC projects as a technology integrator technological buildings, factories, cyber technology and security buildings, also hotel, shopping mall, and residential projects.
We are seeking a MEP Manager to be based in Ümraniye (Dudullu), İstanbul for a Data Center Project, meeting the qualifications listed below:
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputable university,
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction sector,
- Proven experience in at least two large-scale industrial projects(e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports, critical facilities) as an MEP Manager or in a similar role,
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems,
- Proven experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and handover processes,
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM applications, and MS Office; Revit knowledge is an asset,
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking),
- Strong leadership and coordination skills,
- Detail-oriented and disciplined working approach,
- Ability to manage site activities in terms of safety, quality, and schedule,
- Residing in Istanbul (preferably Asian side).
Job Description
- Manage and supervise all MEP works on site, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems,
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and control all MEP activities and ensure proper execution and reporting,
- Prepare, review, and monitor MEP work schedules,
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of subcontractor works,
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities,
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with relevant disciplines to meet project requirements,
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements,
- Monitor progress, report to Head Office, and proactively manage risks,
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all MEP works.
