Sertrans Logistics is serving in LTL and FTL transportation up to 80 different points and 19 different, countries with in Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East regions.

Sertrans is giving services for the well-known brands for e-logistics operations within 140.000 m2 closed area, with 8 Million online product and daily more than 140.000 product outbound capacity.

It has its own R&D department dedicated to develop E-Com services for its online activities with its own resources.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and monitor daily operation in logistics warehouse using WMS & customer's system.

2.Maintain SOP & KPI service level to uphold customer satisfaction and targets.

3.Prepare daily reports with operation data for analysis on further business development

4.Assist Department Supervisors and Managers to monitor the daily operation including productivity performances & KPI

5.Create and Approve daily, weekly and monthly plans via created annual budget plan or updated customers’ plan

6.Create, manage and follow up department budget.

7.Work and manage with other stakeholders like subcontractors, blue and white collars in company or outside of the company.

8.Responsible for E-Logistics and Logistics activities of Customers

9.Ensure about the quality of the operations.

10.Aligning with sales for activities and/or campaigns. Managing Discount and Black Friday activity plans. Working closely with Courier companies.

11.Actively engaging design, control and manage new warehouse investment according to the new technologies to optimize performance.

12.Optimization of existing ERP and Warehouse Management Systems for better KPI implementation.

13.Coordinatre existing processes to digital environment to increase visibility.

14.Work closely with .Com or Platform interface to manage e-commerce and e-logistics activities

15.Experience in textile and consumer goods is a plus.

16.Responsibility of Import / Export activates for e-logistics operations.

17.Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors

18.Prepare supplier and customer base contracts

Requirements:

1.University degree from Engineering Faculty (Industrial, mechanical or similar)

2.Min. 5 year of relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce / warehousing.

3.Experience in warehouse operation and operation development is preferable.

4.Fluency in English both in written and speaking

5.Communicate with suppliers and customers in Europe or other countries.

6.Analyse and visualize the data and prepare possible forecast scenarios for future

7.Familiar with MS Word & Excel, ERP applications. Excel knowledge with full pivot, formulation and macro is plus.
