QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Technical / Vocation Course Graduate / Licensed Master Electrician or Certified Plant Mechanic
- Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical System
- Knowledge in Hotel Equipment and Facilities Preventive Maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel Equipment and Facilities
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor in hotel industry
- Knowledge in fire safety
- Knowledge in hotel operations
- English knowledge
- Computer skills
- Organizational leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good coach
- Training skills
- Smart appearance
- Pleasant disposition
- Healthy, physically fit
İŞ TANIMI
The Service Leader – Duty Tecnician Electrical/Mechanical shall be responsible for the operations,
maintenance and trouble shooting of all Hotel Equipment and Facilities. He shall conduct regular
testing, and inspection of Hotel Electrical & Mechanical Systems to ensure that they are operating
in accordance with acceptable engineering standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency.
He shall oversee and support the function of Service Technicians ( Electricians, Mechanical and
Building Technicians, and Plumbers) in carrying out day-to-day engineering operational issues in
the hotel related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing and minor carpentry works especially in the
guestrooms and public areas.

7. Emergency activities
8. Repair and maintenance
