QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for HR Learning & Development Specialist to join its Human Resources Department.

  • University degree in relevant departments,
  • Min 2 years of related working experience including soft skill trainings and certification programs, learning platforms and e-learning, 
  • Retail experience is a plus,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Excellent communication skills with analytical thinking ability,
  • Efficient MS Office user,
  • Knowledge about instructional methods,
  • Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,
  • No military service restriction for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Acting pro-actively on learning needs analysis, design, development of learning solutions with stakeholders from the business and Human Resources,
  • Being the point of contact for Orientation Program and planning and implementing it according to the framework,
  • Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, e-learning materials and other educational materials,
  • Keeping training materials up to date,
  • Making training plan monthly, quarterly for related accounts,
  • Planning, developing and providing staff development, training and coaching programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops,
  • Conducting evaluation of the training performance and the compliance with training objectives,
  • Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of trainings,
  • Organizing effectiveness and efficiency reports and analysis.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
