• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics Engineering, 
  
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related fields, 
• Experience in SQL/PLSQL , 
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, 
  
• Experience in Finance process enhancement projects or operational IT support, 
  
• Oracle FI module knowledge is highly preferred, 
  
• Strong communication and good team players skills, 
  
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, 
  
• Ability to analyze issues/incidents and to follow up with Global IT or local suppliers.
  
• No military service obligation.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Provide IT support for technical and end user problems on IT Solutions especially Oracle FI, 
  
• Provide Level1 and Level2 support for IT Solutions, 
  
• Gather and analyze end user operational and enhancement requirements, 
  
• Lead implementation of enhancement or change requests working closely with Global IT and/or Local partners, 
  
• Participate in Global or Local IT projects to support business analysis activities,
  
• Manage vendor contracts and invoices.
